I'm NOT a tort PG fan except on a sunburst finish-but hey, thats just me. Lots of players around here love 'em-they're just not my style.

Surf green...it's like seafoam but more pastel (easter egg like). It's the "green" version of sonic blue.

I had to vote Sonic Blue a truly rare vintage color you don't see as much of. It looks nothing like the darker blue on the Classic Vibe Squier P-Bass that one previous poster commented about. Yep I gotta' vote for Sonic Blue.

+1000. I'm squarely in the "If the body is made of wood that looks like it's aesthetically worth a natural finish, give it a natural finish" camp. Then add a tort, black or parch guard.

Is that a Blue Ice that looks kinda dark in the pic, or a Lake Placid that looks kinda light?

My suggestion is Blue Ice. Or, since Fender always used automotive paint anyway, Scion has a wicked awesome color called Stingray Metallic. It only comes on the new xB and it's like Blue Ice with a tad more gray in it.
