Pairing a cabinet with a head

Congrats, sounds like a great rig. But keep in mind, if you add another cab the ohm rating will be less than 4 ohms and possibly damage your amp.

I don't have any experience with that particular head, but I wouldn't be worried. Cooling fans in most all applications (electronic, automotive, etc) typically come on well before overheating occurs. Yours is just doing its thing.
