Seriously though, here in California, I see people driving around with their DOGS in the back of their pickups. It really pisses me off. I'm from NY; no one did that there because they would have gotten fined by the police if not slapped and told off by somebody first. It was just a no-no. But here in CA I see it all the time. What is wrong with people???
