Hey, anyone like Slipknot? Their bassist isn't the best ever but he does his job, but I have a few questions, like why does he use 4 strings tuned ultra low instead of using a 5 string?

Shows how much you know about SlipKnot and why certain things are why they are...the ombudsman said:I think Slipknot should lose their stupid masks and fire half their personnel.

Some people might be turned off by a bunch of clowns drumming on empty beer kegs. That's sad actually, because I think their music is not that bad. To call them "the heaviest band on the planet" is far-fetched, though.Nickthebassist said:Their masks are there as part of an extension of their personalities......they made them each eprsonally, hence the changs over time and the modifications. They are desgined to be scarey, yes, and shocking, but there is a reason for it, as stated above.
Nickthebassist said:O come off it, people say some bands are heavier than Slipknot and Slipknot pee on them from a height in terms of heaviness! Then again, I have a strange idea of what is heavy.....i just think Slipknot are uber heavy.
