You can make one easily (and cheap)!
Go to Home Depot and look in the flooring section at heavyweight vinyl floor tile squares. Then just cut it to the correct shape to fit the pickup(s) and screw holes and voilà!
First saw this done several years ago by an incredibly smart guitarist named David Short in WV – theses worked fantastic, and he made some that looked absolutely stellar!
