Peavey Combo 300 Amp Line out

I found a good deal on a Peavey Combo 300 nearby. It seems like a solid loud amp but one thing I'm unsure about is the line out. I don't see an XLR on it but it looks like it has a preamp out. How does one connect the 1/4" line out to a PA system?

Check out this link on the 300.

The below section is taken directly from the Peavey Combo 300 Manual regarding connection between the Preamp Out and a mixing console desk.

Back in the day I had one of those, sitting atop a matching 115BW cab, a potent little setup. Like all of the 'good' Peaveys from back then, it wasn't exactly a tone monster, buy My God, you could throw 'em down three flights of stairs and they'd go right on working. A shame those days are gone . . . .
