Peavey Combo 300 cracks & pops !?...

oh i will, absolutely ! i KNOW the Peavey kinda ''blossoms'' when it has another cab attached to it !...

my only ''beef'' with the Peavey is that i'm getting too old to lug the old boy around, hell...what am i talking about ? even age has nothing to do with it - back in the day that was already my beef with it, the damn thing weighs a TON !! & i DO have a trolley thingamajig i hook it up with when time comes to move it but even so !!....LOL...

I had wheels on my Peavey 410TX but it was still a beast to move around. Put on MUCH bigger casters, which helped a lot but at 90+ pounds it still is a pain to deal with.

I look at it like this: If making music was easy, everyone would be doing it.

but i have already sold it in the meantime - the problem after all was a cracked or a cold solder joint that my guy found after spending like 3 hours around it testing all sorts 1!

as soon as he found it, he warmed up the soldering iron & 10 seconds later no more cracks or pops ! unreal ...
