Disclaimer first: Yes, I searched (for hours) for an answer to this question before posting it here. If I somehow missed it, kindly point me in the right direction.
I recently (last week) purchased a Peavey Dyna-Bass (Unity series, 4 string). It was manufactured in the USA in 1991. I love everything about this guitar, and was able to find most information I was looking for online (I was able to obtain a .PDF manual which answered many questions).
What eludes me is simple (I thought). What gauge of strings was originally installed on this instrument?
Yes, I understand that it may 'not matter' (technically); but it does to me. Any help or insight on this will be greatly appreciated. I'm sure (actually, I have seen a couple pictures from members who have the same bass) someone else has one, and may be able to tell me.
