Any owners of this cab here?? Has anyone replaced the tweeter?? I find the tweeter is really subdued. The cab could use a bit more high-end presence. I like the cab and don't want to buy another brand cab.

Yep. Plenty of tweaking. Amp and bass. I can live with it but may end up trying another cab in the future. That's how that cabinet is supposed to sound. Have you tried the eq (tone controls) on your amp?
No. I have other cabs and have owned other cabs with way more high end presence.Do you have any hearing damage by chance? High frequency loss??
I use it for rehearsals and gigs. Always set on the floor. Like I said, I can live with it. I can set the treble higher on my amp and bass when I need it. No issue with my Eden 2x12 or my little Ampeg 1x10 cab. The Peavey tweeter is very subtle.I played that cabinet for years and pumped a number of basses through it without an issue. Yes, I had to set it a little different for each bass. It wasn't a one size fits all, no cabinet is. Do you gig with it or is this an at home cabinet? Is it setting on the floor or angled up? It all matters.
