That's suggested retail, IIRC Bobby's was ballpark street price.

If it is more than the $500 usd quoted before, I will be very disappointed. I have waited for this head, but after the time line, and now possible price increase, I will probably pass and get an Ampeg PF-800.

Not yet I can tell you though that I couldn't wait and I ended up buying the TC electronic 800 with tone print for my 8x10 trace elliot

If they're making this Mega, is there any chance they'll be making some ultralight cabs to go with the head? That would bring Peavey totally into modern offerings.

Just seeing these for the first time somehow. Wow. This may have killed my PF800 gas for the time being, and I have at least 3 months before I'm actually in the market to buy a head. After paging through the rest of this thread, it would be a shame to see this drift into vaporware purgatory. Looking forward to them hitting the market and giving Hartke and Ampeg a run for their money.
