They will land early in the month, clear customs (quickly, I hope!), and then we will open and inspect them for QC. I expect them to be shipping out from our warehouse around Thanksgiving.

I'd not imply deception on your part. Merely pointing out how little "Sales Engineers" really know. Especially about preorders.

I think if Peavey wants to save face on this one, sending out some amps for testing, as @CL400Peavey suggested, makes a lot of sense. They need to push the marketing since they've bumbled the roll out so badly. Can we expect a comprehensive series of test videos like Mesa did for the new Subway head?

While I empathize with sentiments of patient posters here, I also imagine a deep woe felt by Peavey mm1k engineers/developers, as precious time passes and the market landscape changes, in circumstances beyond their control.
