Unpopular opinion alert:

For as much as I am GASsing for the Reflex, I kind of hated the Dual Expression Pedal. I sold it and kept my Ernie Ball VP Jr. 25k.

I liked the basic form and treadle action of the DEP, which seems to be the main thing it has in common with the Reflex.

I didn't like the way the screws interfered with pedalboard installation. And also the calibration and compatibility with the pedals I wanted to use it for was subpar. They've said they're adding shorter screws for when you remove the feet for pedalboard installation, and I assume all of the digital control, extra pots, and dipswitch options will allow for better calibration and compatibility---for me the direct MIDI outputs are the biggest selling point.

All that said, there's a chance (5-10%?) it will be to me what the Rainbow Machine was to @Somnambulance. And in that case I would have my next meal planned out:

I hear ya. My cheap roland gets it done. I'm sticking with that.

Som, just wanted to let you know that the WP P90 is awesome in the Dirty Daughter board! I also dropped the Ionostrofear in there. SOOOOOOO MUCH GAAAAIN!!!!

1-Dirty Daughter Board
2-Dirty Daughter
3-Dirty Daughters

Those are band names man...

1- Perfect for a hipster/millennial/lumberjack shoegazing band
2- Perfect for an edgy nouveau-country-pop thing
3- Perfect for an all female punk band

So first night home in a friggin minute. Just got done tweaking the gig board a bit a bit and sat down to see if I like the layout/has no issues. All good on the issue bit. Still not happy with the layout. Oh well. But I found a happy sound I'll post tomorrow when I can crank it up a bit.
Filter>mooer lo fi>crazy box>epitome>Particle.

Never made a sound like that.drool

So, Devi Ever is starting an effects company again apparently. Maybe she's giving up the video game industry after going crazy on Notch, not sure what her future holds in the effects world. Will be interesting to see if this becomes another flaming train wreck.

Hearing that a non-compete agreement is in place, this would seem to guarantee some form of carnage or another. :rollno:

A change of plans, again. :) I rehoused my RAT in the other chocolate box. Ill just put the Bass Colortone in something else. I was going to rehouse that RAT anyway so this was practical. Moar awesome anyway.
