Last night at my serving job I waited on a group of French-Canadians. They tipped 10%, stayed 30min past closing, complained the whole time, and ran my ass off. @nshuman, if it weren't for you and the other Canadian breeders I'd be harboring some deep resentment right now.

Hey, you know how it is, there is crap people from everywhere, including where I come from :) I've been to many places in the world, and there is one constant, you can find crap people everywhere, and good people too ;)

Man, you are lucky you didn't have a group of Canadians from Ontario there instead!

Hopefully one of these days a group of Western Canadians will come in and show you why you should be loving us all. :D ;)

They joys of forced marching, or "nature walks" as one jack*** liked to call them. My feet are rough too, with a couple of toes looking in different direction.:D
When I got to Ft. Carson I had barely gotten over tearing my ACL and MCL in my right knee and of course I was the First Sergeant's driver and therefore the Guideon bearer. Our CO liked to lead us up and over every single hill he could find while the XO sprinted circles around the formation wearing an oxygen deprivation mask.

Hey now! Just like nshu said good and bad from all parts. If you wait on me I start at 20%; ignoring me, having an attitude that makes my time with you hard to enjoy, blaming others or making excuses instantly halves that. Join the party as much as professionally acceptable, make my kid laugh, take care of problems as they arise and that tip goes up. Get the job done with a smile and you did great.

I hate to hear about good wait staff gettin poorly tipped because of cheap jerks who think they don't need to.

Nice to see you guys too. Things are really good around here. It just keeps me busy maybe a month or so. First I need to build that place, and then get my prog band settled in. :) I cant remember when I did some changes in my boards. So busy I have been. :roflmao:
It's looking good! I will be starting my jam room make over soon too, can't wait!

Ah, I'm just teasing. My wife is Ontario born and raised, so I love to give her a hard time about it, especially since most Easterners love to stereotype those of us out West. All in good fun!

I considered getting into teasing nshu about Quebecers, but on TB the risk of lighthearted harassment turning into deep political debate was too high. (plus people would be saying "what the heck are those Canadians talking about?!!)
