Pedal-Links Instead Of Velcro

For secure mounting of pedals to pedal boards, I recently discovered Pedal-Links and highly-recommend them.

Their nylon construction prevents ground loop hum on metal boards, unlike the popular trick of using standard bicycle chain.

Since we're talking pedal mounting, I just found out about this :

Which is basically Velcro++.
See @5:10, looks pretty robust to me, so probably worth a try before resorting to drilling holes on your pedalboard.

I use industrial velcro and the Dual Lock for heavier pedals.

my velcro is working fine but i may get that super velcro for my wah.

Dual lock doesn't move at all, it's so strong that I've had problems getting pedals off boards because of it

I used to do the "screw the pedals down using chain links" thing, but it's just too much hassle using a screwdriver to remove a pedal from the pedalboard. Common cheap Velcro works fine for me. If I were to go on tour and use the same pedalboard for a long time maybe I'd consider a more permanent way of mounting the pedals to the board, to keep things stable in transport. For my less heavy use plus frequent reconfiguration of pedals the chain link method is just not that practical.

What I used at the time was a bit of building supply in the picture below (don't really know what it's called, it's used to hold wooden constructions together with nails); I cut off pieces with two holes.
