So I am getting into effects for the first time really recently and I’ve hit the first road block. I was running an earthquaker blumes to a tech21 sans amp and had no issues. I just got my daisy chain in so I tried to do my tuner to my Korg mikustomp to the blumes to the tech21 to the amp (ampeg pf500) and I couldn’t get the blumes to make sound (all the lights still turn on). Now the blumes wont work by itself and the line6 pod was using for distortion previously won’t work alone with the amp. All the cables work as I have tested them with the other pedals and have no issue. Did I mess up something in my amp?

What is the maximum stated output of your power supply? To use a multi plug harness you’ll need a supply like a 1Spot or PowerAll that are designed for multi pedal use.
Each pedal has its power consumption printed on the label. Add them up and you’ll have a rough idea of what you need. These numbers are the maximum and actual consumption is likely around 50% or less with some exceptions for power hungry digital delays or small multi fx units.

If your amp is still working by itself then the issue isn't there.
What's the power supply you were using and are you powering the pedals individually when you're testing them again, or from a daisy chain? I can't recommend using digital pedals on daisy as they are more likely to introduce noise and struggle with higher power requirements.
