Pedal set up

I am new to using pedals. First of all I Use an Orange Crush 100 amp. It has a foot switch that switches from clean to dirty sound. I have a compression pedal, a volume pedal. And a tuner pedal. My amp has an FX loop is there any reason I should run any of these pedals through the FX loop or should they all go directly into the input of the amp?

There are certain pedals that your amp will benefit from having at the front. The tuner for sure, because you want to mute the sound when you’re tuning, and the compressor. Your amp will work harder with an uncompressed signal, and It improves the sound of your bass going to the amp. If you ever get a high pass filter or a low pass filter, those should go at the front too, for the same reason as the compressor. Pretty much everything else is OK to put in the FX loop.
