I have a Pedulla Thunderbass and it needed a truss rod adjustment. I bought it used and didn't get the correct tool. So I ordered one from the Pedulla website. A couple days later, Mike Pedulla calls me to let me know that he got the order. I asked him a couple of questions about adjusting the truss rod and he told me exactly what I needed to do.
I got the tool just a couple of days later, did what he told me and the bass is set up just right again.
