Wallet, cellphone, lighter(s), keys hooked on my belt, iPod sometimes. Also throw in sunglasses case on occasion.

This might be interesting, so what you do is take everything you carry on your person, not necessary in pockets, but keep it simple. Lay it out on a flat surface, take a picture. Might be fun to see what's the same and what's not. Here's my stuff:
From left to right: Keys, Zune, Wallet, Phone, Glasses, Lighter, Ring, Cigarette papers, Pocket knife.

Dude, come on. The 78 Millimeter Zig Zags were 2 for one at my gas station...otherwise i'd be carrying around Raw papers or something.
ID, debit, store "club" and medical cards wrapped in a rubber band.
