Most sticker add-ons seem a tad juvenile to me.

It depends, IMHO. I had a large silver "piss off" on a bass once, it looked pretty cool, but one would not use such a bass in a praise band....

It, to me, depends on the situation and the music that was being played...the bands genre/gimmick/look etc....

My first bass this year had an American flag running under the strings staring at the bridge and going up to the neck. It looked alright. It looks better on my sons strat copy though....

None of my current basses have any stickers, just what I named them on the back of the headstock, written with a paint pen.......
 
So because Flea decides he likes something, I have to change my opinion?

I still think they look childish.

One day I'll understand what "childish" means. It's my experience so far that "childish" seems to mean you're still capable of having fun and don't take everything too seriously, and is bandied about by people who take themselves far too seriously and think in some way they're superior to everyone else. :rollno:
