Peter Steele of Type O Negative - Tone Question

Peter played through his career with TON he played an ESH bass tuned a BEAD in his early years with Carnivore I don't what kind of Bass he played because he actually played a few but in the early years he played drop D tuning like one of his favorite bands Black Sabbath Geezer Butler played alternate tuning one step down and Tony Iommi played his guitar alternately tuned to D and sometimes as low as C#, but if you go to ESH . COM you can see the bass Peter played cause they have an Peter Steele bass its an ESH Stinger, look on youtube also and you can see some old carnivore footage and Ironically some of his early years in the early mid 80's he even played an J style bass. and you can find online pics of Peters effect pedal's and the you can see his setting cause all his pedals have clear silicone around the knobs so they were always set the way he wanted, and his tone on Everyone Dies well in a recording studio you can make any instrument sound the way you want!
