LOL its because of the open space it leaves i agree it would not be pretty looking . I just dont like jazz bass bridge pick ups i always turn the volume down on them.



has anyone seen a reverse pj?
basically a jp , meaning a jazz pick up in the neck position and a p pick up in the bridge position. I kinda want to mod a bass like that just so i can see how it plays.

I have wanted one of those forever! Idea stealer!!!

I was thinking a Geddy with that combo!

A geddy would be sweet with that set up, it would have to have p bass string spacing for me. Jazz necks are just not my thing........kinda weird that i DONT like smaller string spacing i mean i play guitar as well so i am use to small string spacing.
