What I think is strange is that there is another thread currenly being worked that asked, " Would you want someone who is fat and ugly in your band"; which is the antithesis of this thread.

Obviously you have no clue at all about fitness. If you know what you are doing, it takes very little time.
I am 51 years old and very fit. I can do 30 consecutive chin-ups, bench 100 pounds more than I weigh, and run 5k in about 21 minutes. I work out about 3 hours a week, or less than 30 minutes a day on average.
