Speaking of Woodies, when I was growing up there we plenty of woodies cruising the beach with surfboards attached. It was the cool thing if you had one.

Thank you, I really love my SS, as for the Tacoma, I just recently had the tires put on, they are 1 size bigger than stock P265-75R-16s. BFG T/A.I'm in the process of leveling out the front because I was getting a little rubbing on the bottom of the Fender wells on sharp turns on unlevel ground, needs to come up about 1.5 inches, the cold snowy weather put that project on the back burner for now...I really dig the SS Chevelles of that era and that is one sweet looking car.
Now, the Tacoma sitting next to it looks to have a pretty beefy set of tires on it..... care to share a pic or two of that?

I'd take a '86 or '87 Buick Grand National. Strap a glossy black Jackson bass in the passenger seat and crank up the metal.
You can't fool me, that's really Bumblebee the Transformer hiding in disguise, right?

And room for gear! Well, maybe... small gear...
I thought they looked really cool, but... FIAT.I wanted one of these way back... Fiat X1/9.

Cue up Fred Eaglesmith's "Mighty Big Car"
"28 feet from bumper to bumper
The last of the sweet old time gas-guzzlers
Hard to drive, and harder to park
But when you do, somebody remark
That's a mighty big car
Elvis had one, so did Hank
They don't look like money they look like the bank
Make a scene every time you stop it
Drive like a dream, goes like a rocket...
That's a mighty big car."
