Exactly. I believe that's a BMW 507 (1956-1959), and the design connections are easy to see. Wonderful look. That BMW is an iconic car in its own category.

its like my ford cortina 2000mk3 i had. it was redNot that this car is significant to anybody else but me. My first car was a 1969 Ford Fairlane exactly like this one with the same green color that I did not like. I had a choice between a brown Ford Fairlaine 4 Door or this one.

A friend of mine had one in the '80s. I remember doing a "rally" ride from Columbus to Cleveland in it, one winter!
