The curse of the Volvo SW... you will survive any sort of impact with that hood but will be forever thought of as a geography teacher.
I was genuinely surprised to see a 30something driving!
Seemed to me that these are the kinds of toys that only 60somethings can afford, but then I went noodling around on a coupla car sites this morn and found half a dozen of them for between 20 and 25K!

Here is a one off, unusual car.
Restored in 1985, Beatnik Bandit was originally built in 1961 as an evolution of a design by Joe Henning. Underneath the bubble top is a single tiller that is used to steer, stop, and turn the rod.

My son is a Fiero fan, so far he's owned four of them...... three 87 GT's in the past and currently he has an 88 GT. Imo they're pretty cool cars for what they are, and the 88 is a one of a kind with a totally different suspension than the 84 - 87 models had.
It's a Nash 871 1931 Victoria cabriolet 8 cilinder.
His A-Ford is pre- thirties, and the T-Ford pre-twenties.
The Great Depression stopped this innovative looker in it's tracks. The 1929 Ruxton Model C Roadster was a front wheel drive beauty.
