while I can make due for most every situation with my fretted 7 Bee, fretless 6 and fretted 5 Benaventes... I think my perfect tool kit needs 5 or 6 basses!

A medium scale fretted 4, mwah enhanced fretless 6 to go with my current P bassish fretless 6 and an Upright could easily complete the set.

I'm sticking with two of my Warwicks and one I'd like to add:

• Thumb NT for the feel, look, and aggressive growl!

• De-fretted LTD Thumb Dirty Blonde for it's look, light weight, and incredible fretless slap-ability. With a bolt-on maple neck and neck P-pickup, it gets a nice round traditional sound that slaps well (even though it's fretless), and with the twin jazz bridge pickup, it sweetens the "mwah" tone...

• I would love to add a Streamer Stage 1 with a P/J setup for it's incredible old-skool funk and slap (think early Jamiroquai Stuart Zender). A sweet bass that keeps me having lots of GAS!

I like the looks of Jerzy Drozd and Ritter, but I'm a sucker for great oil finish basses with "The Sound of Wood"...
