pickguard material

anybody know where i can get some metallic gold plastic? so i can make a tasty pickguard/ scratchplate like so:

i have tried all the pickguard makers and ebay guys i can find

Dunno about metallic gold plastic material, but I found some people on ebay selling thin brass sheets. I'm planning on attempting to make a gold pickguard out of some brass, but I'd rather look for some in a scrapyard first. Ebay or some online supplier may be more convenient though. Anyway, I've seen gold vinyl pickguards for sale, but not just sheets of material.

This place, Invalid Link Removed has a couple different gold pickguards.
