Pickguards for Jazz models

Nice (hopefully) simple question; are the pickguards for Fender Jazz' a standard size for all the models?

I've got a modern player and wondered if I would have to alter a guard that was made for another model.

Thanks will do, had my eye on a check guard. It was for a mim so wondered about buying it and reshaping the hole for the pickups, since the modern player has a double.
