pickup covers

I'm not sure if this belongs in the pickups forum or this one, so mods please move it as necessary. I was looking into putting a pickup cover and maybe a bridge cover on my Johnson p-style bass. Does anyone know the approximate dimensions of a pickup cover? I'm not quite certain it would fit on the pickguard without reaching over the edge slightly. Im fairly certain a bridge cover would fit, but any info on those as well would be appreciated. I'm mainly looking for info on the fender replacement ones, but any other brands are welcome as well.

From screw hole to screw hole it's 4 1/2" on my Fender P-bass. from the edge of the pickup to the hole is about 1/4".

Sorry for the wayyyyyy late reply, thank you. It looks like it probably wont fit on my bass, LAME. I'll take it to my luthier and see if he can find a bigger one.
