picollo strings on my bass....

hey guys,
yesterday i broke a string on my bass.so i have to go out and get a new set I was wondering would it be possible to put them on my yamahabb615 or would there be to much tension?

It's been a little while since I've been on TB or even thought about using piccollo strings, but I'm pretty sure that as long as you get your bass set up/set your bass up when you put 'em on, get the right length and appropriate gauges, you should be fine.

Wait for more answers though, I could be wrong.
