Double Bass Piezo for EUB

Why do you need smaller ones? I find the 3/8" x 1" just about right for going under a bridge foot. I've also tried the larger ones that span across both feet - these would be good for upgrading a Palatino.
I haven't tried cutting one down, but I don't think there'd be a problem. I'd probably put a little insulation tape over the cut before adding the shielding foil.

The Link Removed has four of their small transducers, it's an economical ($107) way to get four compact sensors. From your posts I am assuming the Link Removed 3/4" size transducers would be too large, though I'm sure I could get a custom setup with them cut narrow, such as is used for the rockabilly fingerboard transducer.

I've done a lot of experimentation with transducer positions and bridges, feel free to email me if I can be of any assistance.

Those piezos are only $2 each, so trial & error doesn't break the bank.
I was going to make a 4-pickup bridge for my EUB, but when I tried a piezo under the foot it sounded so big and balanced I stopped right there. I'm still planning to put 4 piezos under the bridge of my fretless Jazz.
Are you intending to process the pickups separately or just parallel them together? An advantage of running a few in parallel is that it drops the impedance down to a more reasonable range.
 
I would like to hear about those too.

I have multiple applications for both EUB and BG. One is to be able to buffer and adjust the individual strings to achive an even (or intentionally uneven) amplified response. Another is to provide individual string outputs to drive various synths and/or effects. Shhhh - don't let the DB purists know... :ninja:
