Piezo Problems

I picked up a Cort Artisan B4FL with a Fishman piezo bridge and I can’t seem to get it to work correctly. The G string is normal volume while the other strings are very quiet. When I put my hand on the little metal saddle piece, the volume for each string is normal. I tried swapping out the strings and suddenly the E, A and D strings were normal volume and the G was very quiet. No idea what’s going on. Help, anyone?

I've seen my luthier fix that problem by removing the saddle and piezzo and making sure It rests on an even surface by few tries. You might have to visit a luthier for that.
