Someone told me that there is a song by Pink Floyd in which the bassist uses the slap technique. Is this true? If so, what is the name of the song?

You can find examples of slap licks in Post-Waters PF, since Guy Pratt, the bassist who replaced Mr. Waters, uses that technique. Live versions of "One Of These Days", "Learning To Fly", "Run Like Hell" and "Another Brick In The Wall Part II" are some examples that come to mind.

Have A Cigar isn't slap, it's picked. As said before, Roger Waters only uses picking technique, Guy Pratt uses slap.
yeah have a cigar is defiantly pick, with a phaser on.
as for slapping on floyd tunes, one of these days is the only 'original' floyd tune to be accepted as played slap (you can replicate the twin delay of the analogue multi head with slap, but pick, well an old 1p piece is best), guy pratt as good as a bassist that he is seems to make the tunes cheesy when he slaps in them.
however les claypools version of have a cigar is slapped.

Tony Levin does a bit of slap stylee on One Slip from 'Momentary Lapse'.

Not to nitpick put Waters has come to use his fingers to play bass on his solo tours...although he still plays most of the old floyd material with a pick.
