Yeah. I'm not a movie buff, but I do collect low budget, B to Z kind of movies where animals eat people. This was indeed great fun. Stupid, pointless, excessive when it comes to gore.. All in all, good family fun.

It would've been even better if it was bit more low budget though. Battery powered plastic piranhas would've made it perfect. Also they forgot the bee swarm audio effect that was in the original.
