MF has been hit and miss with me. One bass was packaged poorly. An acoustic guitar looked like it just came from a world tour. I got amps and other small things that were perfect. With the guitars, they were willing to do whatever it took to fix the problems. I really like Sweetwater, but I think their customer service is a little over the top. Thanks for the concern, but there's no need to call me about my lemon oil purchase.

Except on stings. For the love of GOD don't you dare try and return your unused pack of strings. I'm stuck with a $30 set because they failed to mention they were tapered, and thus useless for my bass.
