PJ with Musicman bridge pickup

Did you have to provide Warmoth a drawing of where to place pickups?
No. I wanted the P in traditional loc. Keeping the MM in its correct loc made the routs too close together and one could chip, so they nudged the MM away just enough to make it clean. When I ordered the body with my specs they explained all this prior to going forward. I said have at it, and I cannot be more pleased with their work. The Mahogany body is gorgeous, the top speaks for itself and it sounds like it looks. Soaking wet it's 10.7 lbs, an average weight in my herd so no issues.
Warmoth will do usually what you want best they can.

I did make a template for the knob locations that my tech added when he assembled it. (Shameless plug and recommendation for Jeremy Perks at Rudy's Music Stop here in NYC. He's built 5 for me. One of the best).

Good luck with whatever you come up with. This is my favorite part, followed closely by gathering the pieces. This bass took about a year to fly.
