Any console gamers on TB? If so, which are you looking forward to buy. I think in this generation of gaming, Sony has maintained to keep the natural gaming feel in the new playstation. Microsoft on the other hand is just going with a bunch of TV apps and Sports(no complaints on sports). So TBers, which one seems better for you?

Playstation 4 VS Xbox One

Before watching E3 all day yesterday, I was sold on the ps4. To me, the console just seems much better and much more user friendly. But after yesterday, Xbox one won me over with their exclusive games. Ryse: son of Rome looks incredible (I'm a huge roman history buff) and dead rising 3 is exactly what I've been waiting for in a zombie game
the only information i have on the systems is 2nd hand. i'll wait until they've been out atleast a year to make a decision. there are still so many great ps3 games for me to play anyway.
I dont know much about either, but I'll probably stick with my PS3 for a few more years before I go with a next generation console.

I have a list of 10 ps3 games I still want to acquire 4 of them being rpg's
i also want xenoblade and monster hunter for wii. this gen still has a year easily for me. and thats if i dont replay anything.
I'm sure I can squeeze another 2 years minimum. I dont play too much. At some point I may need a more current CoD (Im still playing Black Ops 1 online).

The One allows you to multi task, meaning you can be playing a game and watching a game on cable at the same time...me..I personally would love that.
What I don't love is new proprietary connections for headset. No more USB and people don't want to buy another headset when they may have spent $200 on their current ones.

$500 street I believe...I built myself a gaming/recording pc two years ago that is way beefier than the hardware in these guys...

When Im playing a game I have a hard time focusing on anything else.
It would be nice to be able to watch Netflix during a system update or when installing new software, though.
I would rather update my Ps3 before shelling out the money for the Ps4. I'm not sure if the original Ps3 even has value anymore.

I still use mine almost daily, either to watch Netflix or play games.
I also use it as a a DVD/Blu Ray player.
I dont know what they retail for anymore. At this point it may be better to wait for the PS4 if you dont already have a PS3.
Definitely leaning PS4 on this one, and in no small part due to all the B.S. Microsoft is pulling with the Xbox1.
