Which guitar? The acoustic is a Martin, of course. Model cant be oniwn without better pics. The other two? Something electrical, apparently.

Without better pics and/or some more information it's pretty much a guessing game. First Pic seems like it could be a V body with a fender-ish neck that has an odd decal. Looks like a blade pickup has been added right under the neck pocket. Second Pic looks teardrop shaped, so maybe a Vox or a Vox clone? Can't really tell.

Who is the band? Is this a screenshot from a video? Post a link to the video? Or to wherever these pics came from?

Looks like a Vox Mark III teardrop-style instrument. Not a Vox itself, as can be seen from not only the logo but the headstock shape. Also the pickups are different… so yeah, not a Vox. But from what I can see, it seems to be in that style. Maybe a little svelter.

The guitar in the photos you posted looks like it has a blade pickup at the neck and a[n uncovered] humbucker in the middle position. Only two knobs, so maybe only just the two pickups?

The guy seemed to age incredibly between sets though, so it might be best to just stay away from it

That looks like something that someone assembled out of a carved up fender…the neck at least, probably from a Mexican made strat.
The body could be off the same and someone carved it up, refinished and refitted

Think they're two different guitars. First has the dots all the way down the neck and a knob or button underneath his hand and double pickup. Can't see either of those in the second. Second seems smaller too.

I’m guessing it’s an Atlansia from Japan. They make both guitars and basses, mostly weird designs, like a one string guitar.

Check the logo on this bass and compare it to the blurry logo on the guitar in the first picture.

Possibly an older model, it’s not one the guitars shown on the current website. Maybe a custom build.
