Mid late 40’s? No way. He was getting jowley, but I’d say late 30’s at the oldest.

Could also be some dude in a local band who might not even play anymore.

Annette Zilinskas was long gone by 1986-87; Michael Steele replaced her in The Bangles circa 1983. And she definitely didn't have blonde hair.
