Please Help ID this bass player from 86/87

What are the odds this guy is even remotely famous, considering the guy who took the picture can't remember the band name or even the genre?

My money's on this being a random local band, but that doesn't mean somepne wpn't pop in here with an answer. Hell, the guy could easily be a TB member.

Definitely not Jan Zukowski, been a Nighthawks fan since 1978. Never saw him wear suspenders. The drummer Pete Ragusa did on occasion.

Jan played a Daphne blue ESP jazz in the 80s after retiring the ‘59 p. Occasionally a Korean reissue Danelectro.

Glad to see his name here at any rate. Awesome player & great guy.

Not Ben Orr. For one thing he didn't play ESP basses. The Cars didn't play in El Paso in 1987, and didn't tour at all in 1986
