i have 8 months playing experience on my aria 4 string (P.O.S.) i got it for free so i didn't turn it down . the bridge is rusted so i can't lower my action and the single coils buzz..A LOT. I'm going to buy a new bass at the end of this month i want to know if a 5 string is too advanced of an instrument for someone with my level of experience? i want the low b because im into death metal. So stick to the 4 string for awhile or jump up to 5 ? anybody with any advice please let me know.
