Please ID my fretboard wood

2012 MIM P-Bass. Is this rosewood or pau ferro? Personally, I don't care, but I'm selling it and have been asked. I've also been told both!

Doesn't look like rosewood, but then - there are a few varieties. I'd say PF to be safe.

I don't think Fender was using Pau Ferro for fretboards on MIM instruments in 2012.

From the looks of it, the color could go either way, but to me, the grain structure looks more like the rosewood they were using at the time.
