I voted for cream pearl.

OTOH, I think a white guard looks great on a seafoam bass with a lot going on, like this Lakland Duck Dunn.

Abalone is the only natural choice.

But did you check that Dingwall site out?

I'm inclined to agree about that abalone. I'd want a lighter shade of it, though. All of the choices I listed in the poll are from one pickguard shop, but there are obviously others, and I've found a couple that have some really nice abalone-type material. They also have that Dingwall brown swirl material. ;)

So many good possibilities...
