No such thing. Someone can stop posting but they always lurk. Might as well lean into the madness.
I was surprised at how caustic some of the first day reactions were.
Yeah, it can be a bit taxing to relearn how to get to one's fave features--especially if you're pressed for time--but ya gotta expect some kind of learning curve for users when an interface changes.
OTOH, I experienced some really nice TB camaraderie when I posted questions about navigation or setting my preferences, and people replied to clue me. IME that's a wonderful TB tradition that continues.
This old dog don't mind learning some new tricks.
(Well, now...I just figured out how to get to the emojis...)

I'm hopefull knowing that at this point, the limitations are more on my part than the site changes. So far, I miss the home button the most. Is it possible to add that feature to the updated version ? I am sure many others used it as frequently as I did.

Go to "Forums" . . . select "Hot" . . . when that page loads select "Set Default" . . . . .after you do that everything is like it used to be
It was very very slow at the beginning but seems to improve day after day.
I guess within a few weeks everything will be fine……………....as long as we are willing to adapt.
I work remotely for a 16 000 employees company and when they change or update their computer system, it sometimes takes up to 3 months to get it efficient. And at the end, everyone gets familiar with it and are up and running.

The more I use it, the more I like it. I keep discovering new things I like. As I noted in another thread, the process is similar to buying a new car and fiddling with all the knobs and controls to figure it out rather than reading the owner's manual (because where's the fun in that?)
I encourage people to try List view if you don't like Card view (which I believe is the default view). Much cleaner, more like the old TB, and actually looks better on my iPhone.

Isn’t clicking the TalkBass logo in the upper left the same as the home button? Or are you looking for something else?

Don’t like it, still hopeful. The upvote/downvote system creates mob mentality and echo chambers imo. I don’t think making this place in anyway like Reddit is a step in the right direction.

I think adjusting to the changes could be made easier if someone could bring back the Atoz emoji. I'm sure it would at least provide a few laughs.
