The picture is crappy but it's a Sans Amp RBI preamp,Crown CE 1000 power amp,Eden 210XLT,2 Avatar CB112's.Both my basses are 5 strings and I need cabs that can do the low B.The Eden goes a little deeper than the Avatar 112s but the Avatars do a great job with the B string.At practice I use one CB112 up against two guitars with a 410 and 112 Fender and a harp player with a 112 Fender blues Junior amp.I rarely use this whole stack.

I just got the cabs yesterday! I've had the head for a week or so. (It came before the cabs were ready to ship. This stuff is brand new, just started shipping.)

My old system - Carvin Pro Bass II, V410T, V115 - is now my "practice rig," or sometimes my guitar amp.

Not a haircut, but simply a name inversion... I love my SVT, but keep it on the clean side. (maybe that's why I've got 20+ years out of it with routine maintenance) !

I usually just use the SVT II by itself at practice to save mileage on the older SVT, but together they really make a wall of bass sound.

I have four Aguilar GS112s. I keep two in the studio and use the other two onstage. In the studio I use my Ampeg SVT III Pro. Onstage I use an Alembic F-1X/QSC PLX 1602.

I use an ashly bp40 preamp a peavey cs 900 amp
two custom made 4 ten cab's two custom made
18 cab's all with ev's a jbl compressor and a alesis
midiverb. I use any combination of cab's from one
4 ten too all of them depending on size of venue.
I'm very pleased with this set up never had any
problem's

70s sunn model t and a jbl cabaret 1-15 cab for bar gigs.

60s ampeg b-15 (i've had it since 66) kick'n around the house
for practicing + learning tunes.

I run a Trace Elliot RAH350SMX w/ TE 1524 dual 15 cab. Plenty loud enough enough for just about any gig. Thats all for the moment. Soon, a rack mountable DSP!

I use an Ampeg B2R I got about a month ago. Iwill eventually add an SVP Pro preamp, great for adding balls to the sound. Currently I run a Hartke 410MX under it. It doesn't fit my tastes that well but it's what I have. I just got an Avatar B115 to go under it all and what a difference! Great low end extension. I want to get rid of the Hartke and get either a 210 or a 212. Not sure yet.

My amp setup is as follows:
Carvin R600 with a Digitech BP-200 patched through the head, feeding a 2x10 and 1x15 cabinet. The appropriate power conditioner and a VHF wireless unit is also used as a part of the setup.

I play an Eden Wt550 into a pair of Aguilar GS112's.... It's great since you can use one cab at 300W or both at 500.

I own a Fender BXR, but don't like it. The half-parametric EQ does not give enough options, and the mid sweep range (Q) is way too narrow. If it had a parametric EQ it would probably be OK, but i definately need a new amp...Or an EQ pedal.

It doesnt get better then an SWR Big Bertha cab with a GK 700RB (OR 1000RB) head. You get the best of both worlds and the loudness.
