Eden WT800 head, with Ampeg hvt 4x10 cab. I have a dual band eq set up for both my basses and it adds a little pre amp power. Adding a 15 sub must be an eminence speaker even if I have to build it myself, and maybe a preamp or Di of somekind for more punch down the road.

Hmmmm. Right now I have an older Ampeg SVP-Pro preamp to a QSC 1850hd power amp into an older SWR 8x8 cabinet w/ celestions still. I'm only running one channel so it is about 600 watts. I used to have a nemesis 8x10 cabinet which worked great for quite a few years, the 8x8 replaced it. I had a new svt cabinet for a while which i didn't like as much as the nemesis and traded it for the 8x8. I also have a mesa/boogie bass 400+ which is one of the earliest ones I have seen. It only has a 6 band eq not 7 like now. I also just won a 69' svt off of e-bay that still has the 6146 tubes in it and doesn't work right now. I'm waiting for it to come so I can figure out what is wrong with it. Hopefully just a bad tube and not transformer. I tried a swr iod for a while but traded it for the svp-pro and have loved this preamp. I use distortion and this preamp has always worked well for me.
i guess thats my set-up and history up to this point. I did own an mid 70's svt for a while and an svt II for a bit too.
