I order small stuff from Thomann, super fast and easy here in Germany. For used stuff Reverb, Ebay, or Ebay Kleinanzeigen (like an ebay version of craigslist, it is way more popular that craigslist here).
I ordered a mono case from thomann. Got here in 2 or 3 days and I really like the flat 50 euro international delivery if the item is below 20 kilos (I'm sure the volume of the item is also taken into consideration but once I just added an upright to the cart to see what the courier charges would be and it was still 50 euros) plus the price is always a little cheaper than on the site because as I don't live there the tax gets deducted. Overall v good service.

I try to buy from other TB'ers first if possible. For n.i.b. stuff from it's usually sweetwater. I've never had any issues with them, like getting used offered as new, demos offered as new or retunrs offered as new.I'm sure there are other places that operate the same way.

okay

I've only recently discovered Reverb and really like them for pedals. There is a better selection than on TB or Ebay.
I think my used basses have all come from here and Ebay.
I like to buy my strings from Bassstringsonline.com but the guy has been a little slow with my orders lately. I started using him because he was one of the few places I could get DR singles. Lately it has taken up to 2 weeks for my orders to ship.
As much as I would like to use CL, it really is little more than a garage sale in Los Angeles. The gear is usually junk and I've had a hard time selling anything of value or boutique.
