I was looking for a new clip-on and found this deal at Sweetwater, These are great for bass guitar!

That's a nice find. The last two years they had the Unitune for $10 on Boxing Day. Works great with my 5 strings. Keep an eye out for that one

How good is the poly tuning ability? Can you strum all strings at once and tune before sustain ends?

That's the one I use. Does the job just fine, just fine and dandy.

Well the deal is good no doubt, but I am not sure yet if I like the product or not
I did not like the fact that it turns off pretty quickly when I'm still tuning. The site says 5 minutes to turn off, but I feel is more like 3 minutes. I will have to time it; maybe I got a bad one.
Also, they do not make clear that multiple string tuning is only possible for guitars! Not that I would be using it a lot, but this should be evident. I believe the strategy is to hide this info, so people don't go for the cheaper Unitune instead.

That's a bummer. I've never used a Poly with a bass so I just assumed it worked.

It does work with the bass but one string tuning at the time like a cheap $10 Snark can do very well.
The all string tuning only works for guitars and they sort of do not mention it. It is buried inside the instruction manual.
