Well, she's home now. It had been played a bit but no major dings or scratches. I took this pic tonight with a flash because our lighting in the house is terrible. I'll post a daytime pic soon.

It plays nicely and sounds great! May have to drop the action just a hair. Now it's time to make a string decision. I was going to go with GHS Pressurwounds but I found a brand new pack of Cobalt Flats in one of my other cases.

Anyone try Cobalt Flats on their Ray? I would love to hear what you think?

Id defenitely try them. Cobalt Flats would be killer on that bass. Very good strings that are not too far off rounds, energy wise. And theres a whole legacy of great sounding players sporting flats on a Ray.
