I like this a lot, simple but effective.

Thanks! I'm really pleased with it.

Curious: what are these EBS connectors you speak of? I googled it and some Oracle [programming] hits...and this thread. I'm looking for a good sub for using George L's to connect adjacent pedals.

These - Link Removed

EBS do them, and according to this thread, they can be found on Ebay with shipping to USA - I got them from bassdirect.co.uk

Killer board brother. It looks like you could have a lot of fun with that. :)

Here are my latest pedalboard versions:

The one on the bottom is my bass board--unchanged for a while except for the addition of a fixed expression pedal to control the FM4 (upper right).

The one on the top is actually my guitar board, which I use for bass sometimes since the M9 is way cool. What looks like a crybaby isn't--I DIY'ed expression pedal guts into a crybaby housing. On the upper left is a LED nightlight plugged into the power strip. It looks cool. And oh yeah--I sure am rockin' the pink Rondo board. I guess this shows my comfort with my own masculinity.

This is still one of my favorite boards.

I'm very jealous of all of yall's fancy pedals and what not. :hmm:

I haven't bought anything new in a long while since all my funds went to my new amp, so I'm feeling it's time for a new pedal, maybe a fuzz?

Oh I do! It's got all I need. I love it.

So, I take it you like drive/gain pedals a lot? :D

Okay check it:
The Cream Pie is only used for a slight dirty boost/apparent tone shaper. The setting I use is at unity volume and doesn't distort the signal...at all.

SFT is set at a fat, tube-esque "overdrive" where I can play it really clean or dig in harder and get a nice overdrive tone.

Musket is balls-out death doom sludge fuzz.

And the Pork Loin is for fat overdrive as well. It's more distorted than the SFT settings. I love it with my solo'd neck pickup. Holy cow.

Come on, he's only got four on there. Half the guys on here have seven or more. :D

I know! Basically "three" for me, as my CP isn't used for overdrive.

What're you blending?
Jealous of the Voodoo Bass..

I'm blending the Abunai 2 as it's a TS-808 clone that loses a fair amount of low end and the Voodoo Bass. To be honest the Voodoo Bass doesn't need blending that much, it's just it gets a bit indistinct when doing fast runs. Typically I use it unblended but if I'm following a fast guitar riff during a solo I bring it in blended to fill out the sound lost from a guitar breaking off to do twiddly widdly stuff :D

Edit: To put it bluntly, the Voodoo Bass is the first pedal I owned where my initial reaction was "THIS is a keeper". There are better pedals out there, but I've been in love with its sound for years... and the option to blend makes it even better ;)

I've seen maybe two for sale since I bought mine a few years ago. I hope Paul Perry starts building stuff again, his stuff is great. Were I a synth dude I'd probably track down the whole set.

Not-so-fun Fact: I bought mine at an absolutely awful time for the USD/AUD exchange rate, even at today's Oh So Rare prices I'd never recoup what I spent, haha. Still worth it.

Yeah, even that sonic alienator thats been on ebay for way too much taunts me constantly... I regret not pulling the trigger on more frostwave gear while it was made, considering the quality it really wasnt a bad deal.

I guess this more belongs in the old in/out thread, but while fun facts are being exchanged, I think that randy's revenge may be the temporary ring mod until I have enough free time to get building...

My board today! Its a phone pic, go figure. Whammy pisses me off so I took it off my board in favor of the lpb, bf-2, and the old small stone. Looking to get a wooly mammoth! Will trade for one if anyone has one for trade
